Terms & Conditions

By downloading, accessing, registering for, or using the Raj Motors app or related services (together, the “Services”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

“Raj Motors”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the Raj Motors dealership operating from the address listed in Section 18. “You” and “your” refer to the person using the Services or making an enquiry, payment, or booking.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law to make a booking or payment. If you use the Services for another person or an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to provide their information and accept these terms on their behalf.

You must provide complete, accurate, and current information, including your name, mobile number, email address, delivery or contact address, and booking-recipient details. You must update information that changes and promptly notify Raj Motors of any suspected unauthorised use of your account.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account or sign-in method, except to the extent caused by Raj Motors or otherwise provided by applicable law.

Vehicle models, variants, colours, images, features, specifications, prices, taxes, insurance estimates, offers, delivery dates, and availability displayed in the Services are indicative and may change without prior notice. Images may not exactly represent the final vehicle.

A listing or booking confirmation does not guarantee stock, allocation, price, financing, registration, or delivery. Raj Motors will confirm the final vehicle, on-road price, applicable benefits, expected delivery, and sale documentation separately.

An enquiry is a request for information only. A pre-booking records your interest in reserving a vehicle and is not an invoice, final sale, guaranteed allocation, or promise of delivery. A vehicle sale is completed only after Raj Motors confirms the order and all required sale documents and payments are completed.

Raj Motors may accept, reject, or cancel an enquiry or booking where information is incomplete or incorrect, a vehicle is unavailable, a price or technical error occurs, fraud or misuse is suspected, or the transaction cannot lawfully be completed. Any payment consequences will be handled under Section 7 and applicable law.

Online payments may be processed by Razorpay or another approved payment service provider. Their additional terms and privacy practices may apply. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that all payment details are accurate.

A successful payment message does not by itself complete a vehicle sale. If a transaction is pending, duplicated, debited without confirmation, or appears incorrect, contact Raj Motors directly with the booking and payment reference. Do not repeat a payment unless instructed to do so.

When you submit an enquiry, booking, payment, or support request, you authorise Raj Motors and its authorised representatives to contact you about it by phone, SMS, email, messaging service, or another contact method you provide. Essential service messages may be sent even if you have opted out of marketing, where permitted by law. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time.

You must not:

• use the Services for an unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose;
• submit false, duplicate, or unauthorised enquiries, bookings, or payment details;
• interfere with the Services, security controls, networks, or other users;
• attempt to access accounts, data, source code, or systems without permission;
• copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit the Services except where the law expressly permits it; or
• upload malware or content that infringes another person’s rights.

The Services and their text, design, software, logos, photographs, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to Raj Motors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Raj Motors grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services for their intended purpose. No other right or licence is granted.

The Services may rely on or link to third parties, including Google sign-in, payment providers, maps, communications, hosting, and analytics services. Raj Motors does not control their services or policies. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by its own terms, and Raj Motors is not responsible for third-party acts or omissions except where applicable law provides otherwise.

The Services are provided on an “as available” basis. Raj Motors may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of them. While we aim to keep information accurate and the Services secure, we do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation, or that every listing is complete and current. Nothing in these terms affects warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raj Motors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable losses, claims, and costs suffered by Raj Motors because of your unlawful use of the Services, your material breach of these terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This does not apply to the extent a loss was caused by Raj Motors.

Raj Motors may restrict or end your access where reasonably necessary to protect customers or the Services, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, or respond to a material breach of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue — including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute provisions — will survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting formal proceedings, you and Raj Motors should first try in good faith to resolve the concern directly. Subject to applicable consumer law and any forum you are legally entitled to use, courts with competent jurisdiction in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand will have jurisdiction.

Nothing in these terms restricts a right to approach a consumer commission, regulator, or other authority where that right is available under applicable law.

Raj Motors may update these terms to reflect changes to the Services, business practices, or legal requirements. The revised terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent. Continued use after the revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement governing use of the Services, without replacing any separate signed vehicle-sale, finance, insurance, or registration document.
